A candle warmer is such a good upgrade too, I might need to get on that. A part of why your has gotten much better as well could be that because you're changing your lighting regularly to warmer lights as the night winds now, it now signals to your brain that you can finally relax, resulting in better sleep.
I’m rediscovering my hobbies and discovering new ones. The weather’s indecisiveness is getting to me, honestly, but deep down I miss the cold, so I'm glad we have some days when the temperatures are low. Either way, it's a refreshing feeling that this shift allows me to ease into it slowly. 🤎
